Julien and Céline Bazzano have been professionals in the hotel and catering industry for more than 20 years. Together, they worked in renowned starred restaurants, in France and abroad, before creating the Carré 2 Vigne in Toulon.

Céline is a maître d’hôtel and is happy to highlight the chef’s cuisine, to offer tailor-made food and wine pairings and to make you spend a refined moment.
Take a few steps around La Bastide and you will discover the vegetable garden where the chef harvests every morning what to compose his menu, the henhouse which brings the extra-fresh eggs or the olive trees which provide the family oil.
As close as possible to his land, the chef invites guests to discover Mediterranean flavors around a unique menu that is renewed every day (5-course menu at €50 – children’s menu €20). A sincere, generous and free gastronomy that will delight gourmets staying at the Bastide.
